About Luigi Grasso Guitar Instructor
Luigi Grasso is a guitarist, vocalist and teacher based in Boston, Massachusetts. He is an accomplished musician who began taking lessons at the Ingo School of Music at the age of 14 and continued his formal study of music from 1980 to 1985 at Berklee College of Music majoring in Professional Music. Since forming his first rock band, at the age of 15 and earning $30.00 for their first gig, he has continued to perform as a soloist and lead various bands since the 70's to today playing throughout the Greater Boston area for private events, restaurants, clubs, wedding receptions and outdoor festivals in a variety of styles of music ranging from rock, pop, jazz to traditional and modern Italian music. He was featured in the October 2000 issue of National Geographic.
Since 1996, Luigi has offered in-home private lessons on acoustic and electric guitar to hundreds of students in Boston, the North Shore and the Metrowest area. All levels and styles are taught and he will customize your lessons to best achieve your musical goals in a professional and productive manner.
